2525 Inner Loop, an affiliate of Sean Finn, has purchased 2525 North Loop West, a 136,325-square-foot office building in the Pinehollow Office Park, from Lykes Building Holding Associates and Smetana Texas Realty Associates. Rudy Hubbard, Kevin McConn and Rick Goings of JLL handled the sale. The new owner plans to make improvements to the building aimed at attracting medical-office tenants, as well as adding retail spaces adjacent to the building.
